Mick Crosthwaite joined HAS Technology Group in August 2017 as Executive Chairman. Mick has a wealth of senior management experience gained within the technology & telecoms sectors and has a proven track record of achieving revenue, profit and business growth. He was Founder / CEO of Bluebell (later Callstream), an award winning provider of SaaS, cloud-based call management solutions for over ten years. Prior to this, Mick was Commercial Director for Tiscali. Mick's passion for adventure has taken him to the South Summit of Mount Everest, across the Arctic Ocean in a open rib and climbing in Antarctica.
Tony Tompkins FCMA, CGMA, ACIS, Msc
Chief Finance Officer
Tony brings over 20 years Financial Management and operational experience in No 1 roles across Media, Property and Software sectors. Prior to HAS Tony was instrumental in the development of national broadcaster talkSPORT, the re-launch of Virgin Radio and the ultimate sale of Wireless Group Plc to News UK for £220m. Tony is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and holds a MSc in Corporate Governance. Outside of HAS Tony is a Trustee of The Dove Service, a counselling charity covering Bereavement and Life Changing Illness.
Founder & Non-Executive Director
Peter Longman is joint founder of HAS Technology Group formally Care Monitoring 2000 Ltd. During a career spent working as a Local Government Contracts officer in Adult Social Care for Birmingham City Council, Peter identified a need for improved methods of monitoring the delivery of homecare services to some of the most vulnerable members of the community. Peter established CM (previously CM2000) with partner Chris Jackson in 1999 and built the business to be market leader in workforce management SaaS solutions. Peter now runs Care Management 2020 in Australia.
Founder & Non-Executive Director
With a background in software architecture and development, Chris co-founded CM (then CM2000) in 1999. Chris brought an eye for detail and a passion for great quality software to the initial team and was instrumental in designing and developing the product suite. Chris oversaw the rapid expansion of the business as CTO until 2017 when he stepped down to become a Non-Executive Director. Chris now supports the executive team at HAS Technology alongside his property renovation business, investments into renewable energy technology and his trusteeship of a charity supporting vulnerable girls in Kenya.
Paul represents Octopus Investments on the HAS Technology Group board. He joined Octopus in 2017 and is a member of the Development Capital team. Prior to joining Octopus, Paul spent almost seven years at RBS, latterly as a Director within the Leveraged Finance team. His experience also includes transacting public-to-private takeovers, acquisition finance, recapitalisations, cross border mergers, post-IPO financings, and other forms of corporate lending.
Mark Kennion joined HAS Technology in 2014 as Commercial Director and now oversees the sales, account management and solution delivery services. Mark has spent his whole career delivering IT solutions to customers, initially as a developer before switching and progressing through solution delivery, service management and commercial management. Mark has worked in the care sector since 2007 so understands the sector pressures and the opportunities embracing technology can deliver. Mark is passionate about delivering excellent service alongside ensuring our customers gain the most value from our solutions.
Director of Product Innovation
After joining CM in August 2008, Mark rose through the ranks from Commercial Manager to Managing Director of the core trading division. With increasing market complexity and the Group’s ambition to enter new markets, Mark became Director of Product Innovation in April 2018. Mark has 20+ years’ health and social care sector experience, which includes successfully building Westminster Homecare into one of the largest domiciliary care providers in the UK. Mark is the major driving force for technology innovation within the healthcare brands.
Director of ARMED
Brian joined the HAS Group in 2009 initially as Business Development Manager before moving to the Director of Scotland role. Having previously worked as a Social Work Manager within older people’s services for 13 years, Brian has a passion for using technology to support quality services to end users. Brian originated the concept of the ARMED prevention solution and formed this into a separate business unit within the Group in August 2018. Brian is currently undertaking Doctoral research into Digital Behavioural Change and feeding these learnings into the ARMED solution. Brian is a member of the Interface strategic board, advocating the links between business and academia, as well as a trustee for a local charity supporting children and their families through episodes of complex mental health.
Chief Technology Officer
David Bochenski joined HAS Technology in 2020 as CTO, bringing with him over 15 years of experience delivering mission critical B2B SaaS solutions.
David spent the early part of his career at 360 Scheduling, a software company developing real time optimisation engines for field service companies. Then as part of his own consultancy, and later as Associate Partner for Digital McKinsey, he has worked with organisations of all sizes across multiple industry sectors. His main focus has been helping deliver digital transformation programmes via the adoption of public cloud using agile development and DevOps practices. He joins HAS from his most recent role as CTO of Cognito IQ, where he helped implement a cloud native, machine learning data analytics platform and migrated their real time business critical system onto the cloud.
David is excited about bringing his technical expertise into the healthcare sector, and helping further enhance our, CM PAMMS & ARMED platforms.
Managing Director Ezitracker
Christian joined Ezitracker in September 2017 as Managing Director. Christian has a wealth of experience in the workforce management sector and has a track record in delivering strategic growth in both direct and channel markets. Having owned and run his own business for 10yrs before its successful sale in 2016, Christian drives the business with a Sales and Marketing focus and with an appreciation for product development, operational excellence and customer Experience.
Executive Leader / CTO
Ashley joined Savii with 17 years’ experience within the Post-Acute Industry. His expertise is at the intersection of clinical practice, operational processes, data & technology. This has allowed him to succeed in roles that include a Clinician, CIO, COO and for the last eight years, in supporting BAYADA, a large Home Health Care provider, at the corporate level. Ashley has a background in technology and healthcare, working as a Registered Nurse before moving into the technology field and completing a Masters in Information Systems from Liverpool University, UK
