Quarter one customer support ticket feedback winner

£500 has been donated to Helen and Douglas House charity on behalf of the winner!

We have been committed to delivering first-class customer service for over 20 years and customer feedback is a key part of this. In February, we launched a new customer support survey tool which enabled customers to share their feedback following each closed support ticket.

To encourage customers to participate in the short feedback survey, we are picking one prize winner every quarter. If you’re a care Provider you can win an iPad, and if you’re from a Local Authority we will donate £500 to charity on your behalf.

We are pleased to announce the winner of Quarter One’s draw was Janet Clements of Oxford University Hospital. Janet chose Helen and Douglas House in Cowley to receive the £500 donation as they are a charity close to her heart.

Helen & Douglas House is a home from home for local terminally ill children and their families. They provide round-the-clock care in a warm, loving environment. They offer a comforting cocoon filled with laughter, a peaceful place where families can create happy memories in their last days, weeks, months or years together.

Janet nominating Helen and Douglas House has made a big difference as the following message from them shows “Thank you! You've done an amazing thing - your donation of £500.00 will help to ensure the families we care for have the chance to create happy memories of their time together, even if that time is short.”

From launch on 01/02/2020 until 09/04/2020 our customer support team have closed over 4000 tickets. Those giving us feedback have rated our service highly and we’re keen to get as many of our customers to take part as possible.
